After consulting for enterprises for 7 years, Ed hung up his tie for a new adventure to build an enterprise from the ground up.
Ed started his own consulting company to help business engage, delight and spark their customers. Ed and his team started building a mobile framework to test out various wireless communication technologies, such as beacons and NFCs. Their goal was simply to create context aware solutions to anticipate and automate everyday tasks.
With the increasing data developed and made available by the mobile framework, the data scientist in Ed took over. Fuelled with his passion to use his knowledge of technology to help businesses even the odds, he combined his background in neuroscience from his BSc and his knowledge in Artificial Intelligence from his Masters to experiment with an analytics engine capable of delivering the right content to the right audience at the right time. The intention of his team is to help business earn the trust and loyalty of their customers and to help consumers communicate with their brands to get greater value.
AI-Link expanded and Steve came on board as operations director to lead SME sales and project management. Working with SME requires different skills. Due to the shorter time scale involved, time, money and the risks of disruption becomes even more critical. Steve’s project management skills and ability to deliver on time ensure that our work is undertaken with the least disruption and maximum value to the client.
